INUKA, a proudly South African direct selling business, is looking for a fluent Portuguese speaking Sales Coach to join their Member Relations team in Tyger Valley, Cape Town. You will coach and mentor Portuguese speaking Members to grow their sales and build profitable businesses. This permanent, full time role suits someone with network marketing, sales or customer service experience who loves helping others succeed.
About the role
As a Sales Coach at INUKA, you will be a coach, mentor and first point of contact for Portuguese speaking Members. Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Leaders, you will guide Members from their first steps through to advancing to the next leadership level. This is a hands on role where you will coach one on one, run onboarding sessions and resolve queries so every Member feels confident and supported.
Day to day you will:
- Coach Members individually to overcome challenges, boost sales and reach their business goals
- Onboard new Members and explain the INUKA business, products and opportunity
- Educate Members on rewards, personal volume and bonuses, and help them meet advancement criteria
- Help Members develop practical strategies to grow their business and earnings
- Respond promptly and accurately to Member queries on products, processes and promotions
- Resolve problems and complaints, acting as the link between Members and internal teams
- Train Members on new products and keep up to date with products, systems and business strategy
- Record every Member interaction accurately on the INUKA system
- Investigate and assist with PV appeals after month end
- Share Member insights and ideas to improve processes and the Member experience
Application note: This is an office based role at INUKA's Tyger Valley office in Bellville, Cape Town, with shifts and occasional after hours support. A competitive, market related salary is offered in line with experience.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent
- Fluent Portuguese
- Good spoken and written English
- 2 to 3 years experience in network marketing, direct selling, coaching or mentoring entrepreneurs, sales, business development or customer service
- Hands on experience coaching people to reach sales or business goals
- Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office, email, online systems)
- A goal oriented, service driven attitude
- Advantageous: a degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field
- Advantageous: network marketing or direct selling experience
- Advantageous: experience supporting customers or agents by phone, WhatsApp, email and video call
- Advantageous: experience running group training or onboarding sessions
