Success Guide
Getting your foot in the door as a Pharmacist Intern at a big hospital group like Netcare is a great career move. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows your BPharm qualification and your SAPC registration status. Even if you are still waiting for your registration, mention it so they know you are on track.
In your interview, be ready to talk about why you chose hospital pharmacy and what you learned during your practicals. They will likely ask about your attention to detail and how you handle pressure, because hospital pharmacies can get very busy. Bring your academic transcript and any proof of registration you have. It also helps to show you understand what a hospital pharmacy does compared to a retail one. Arrive early, dress neatly and stay confident. This is your chance to show them you are ready to learn and grow with Netcare.
