About the role
As a Pharmacist Assistant QPB at Clicks Mega Park, you will be part of the dispensary team providing pharmaceutical care services within your scope of practice. You will handle day to day dispensary administration according to the company's Standard Operating Plans.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver high standards of customer service and care to pharmacy clients
- Manage stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine
- Handle efficient dispensary administration and accurate compounding
- Provide general health advice to customers
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display
- Take on ad hoc requirements as per operational needs
Requirements
- Matric with Maths (Essential)
- Minimum requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa for the various levels as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic and Learner Basic)
- Product knowledge of the health isle and over the counter medicines
- SAPC and relevant legal knowledge
- Customer service orientated
- Team player with integrity and ethical working practice
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic calculations
- IT business operating systems and MS Office
- Competencies: adhering to principles and values, working with people, delivering results and meeting customer expectations, following instructions and procedures, relating and networking, planning and organising
