Success Guide
This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at FNB, especially if you are starting your career and have your matric plus a relevant NQF Level 5 qualification. Since it is a part time role, it could suit you if you are studying or looking for flexible work while gaining banking experience.
When you apply, make sure your CV shows any customer service experience you have, even if it was in a retail or volunteer role. They want to see that you can handle queries, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly. If you have done any FAIS related courses or have your NQF Level 5 certificate, highlight that upfront because it is a key requirement.
For the interview, be ready to give examples of how you have helped someone solve a problem or handled a difficult customer. Brush up on what eBucks is and how FNB's customer service works, as this will show you have done your homework. Also get your documents together early because the closing date is 13 November 2026 and late applications will not be accepted.
