Success Guide

If you are applying for this Paid Media Specialist role at Flight Centre, show them you can actually run campaigns, not just talk about them. In your CV, list the platforms you have used and the budgets you have managed. Mention your experience with GA4, GTM, and any certifications you hold.

At interview, expect questions about how you optimise campaigns, deal with underperforming ads, and report on ROI. Have a real example ready of a campaign you improved and what you did to get there. Since this role works with a manager in London, show that you can work independently and communicate clearly.

It also helps to know a bit about Flight Centre and the travel industry. Good luck with your application.
