About the role
Our client, a rapidly growing organisation in the financial technology and investments sectors, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and enhance core operational processes. This is a permanent, fully remote role that offers the chance to make a real impact on efficiency and risk management while supporting cutting edge financial products.
What you will do:
- Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of essential operational processes, including BOP processing, AIT applications, client onboarding, and transaction handling.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all business units to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Act as the operational owner for new products, especially those involving investments distributed through external partners.
- Monitor adherence to established processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions to address operational risks.
- Collaborate with the Tech team to understand backend systems and propose process improvements.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of SOPs, reporting, analysis, and documentation.
- Train team members, including Investment Managers, Account Managers, and Operations staff, on new and revised processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency gains, risk reduction, and operational scalability.

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in operations within financial services, forex, payments, or investments.
- Proven track record in developing SOPs and implementing process improvements.
- Experience with testing, tools, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows within financial technology environments.
- Familiarity with process automation and AI tools (advantageous).
- Knowledge of financial backend systems and product launches (advantageous).
