Success Guide
This is a senior role that needs solid feedmill or heavy manufacturing experience. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows the size of the plants you have managed and the teams you have led. Highlight any GCC (Government Certificate of Competency) for Factories you hold, even if it is still in progress, as it will set you apart. In the interview, be ready to talk about how you have improved plant reliability and maintained safe operations under pressure. Sovereign Foods values people who can balance technical know how with strong team leadership, so prepare examples of both.
