About the role
Our client, a passionate team specialising in web app and IT consulting for the financial services industry, is looking for an Onboarding Analyst to join their team. You will support the Onboarding Business Analysts in ensuring new customer onboardings are executed timeously and accurately. You will also help provide customers with an awesome first experience and use your out of the box thinking to improve and standardise business processes.
Key duties include collating and processing data from various external sources, data analysis, clean up and standardisation. You will ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs, ensure ongoing success of new clients, and identify opportunities to drive product refinements to enhance the customer experience.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or related field (required)
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in an accounting position (required)
- Working experience in the South African financial services or financial planning industry (preferable)
- Experience using online software tools will be highly advantageous
- Proven experience working with large datasets and pattern identification
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Highly adaptable to a variety of software, tools, and programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Detail oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Organisational and administrative skills
- Self motivated and proactive, yet a team player
Responsibilities
- Assist the team of Onboarding Business Analysts to ensure new customer onboardings are executed timeously and accurately
- Help provide customers with an awesome first experience

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Ensure the ongoing success of new clients
