Success Guide
This NOC Technician role is a solid step into the ISP world, especially if you have around two years of hands on L2 and L3 experience. When you apply, highlight your practical troubleshooting wins, like a time you resolved a tricky VLAN or VOIP issue for a customer. The advert says to email your CV urgently, so check the PNet listing for the exact email address and send it off with a short, polite subject line. Since the role serves commercial clients, be ready to show you can explain technical things in plain language. Also mention your own vehicle, as that is listed as a requirement. Interviews may include scenario based questions about network faults, so think through how you would handle common connectivity problems. Good luck, this is a great chance to grow with a fibre ISP.
