Success Guide
This role puts you leading night care at a mental health facility, so your application should show more than nursing qualifications. Highlight concrete examples of night shift leadership, clinical audits or quality rounds you have run, and moments where you managed staff or resolved patient and family concerns under pressure. Make sure your SANC registration is current and your psychiatric nursing qualification is clearly visible on your CV. If you have exposure to budgeting, stock control or equipment checks, add that too, as the role touches on unit cost and safety management. For internal candidates, have a chat with your line manager before applying as the advert requests. Good luck, this is a solid step into clinical leadership with a major private hospital group.
