A leading automotive and manufacturing equipment group is looking for a National SHEQ Manager to take charge of safety, health, environment, and quality across all branches. Based in JHB East, this senior role offers a competitive package of R1.5M C.T.C. per annum and the chance to drive real change at executive level. About the role
Prism Placements is recruiting a National SHEQ Manager for a prominent player in South Africa's automotive and manufacturing sector. This is a senior leadership role where you will own the national SHEQ function, shaping strategy and ensuring compliance across multiple sites and branches.
You will work closely with EXCO and site teams to embed best practice in safety, health, environment, quality, facilities, security, and risk management. The position requires a hands-on leader who can influence at the highest level while making sure standards are consistently met on the ground.

Requirements
- Relevant B degree in Health and Safety Management (Honours is an added advantage)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant SHEQ experience, including at least 5 years in a senior group level management role dealing with EXCO
- Strong knowledge of the OHS Act, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and COIDA
- Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive change across a national operation
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationally
- Must be a South African citizen

- Influence at executive level while maintaining a hands-on presence on the ground
