Success Guide
Hi there. This one is for the organisers among you. A repairer in Springfield, Durban needs someone who can keep claims and paperwork from falling through the cracks, so when you apply, lead with any claims or insurance admin exposure you have, even if it was short term or part of a learnership.
Your CV should highlight the systems you have used, how you handled insurance queries, and how you kept records tidy. If you have dealt with brokers, assessors or panel beaters before, say so clearly near the top.
In an interview, expect questions about how you follow up on an unpaid or delayed claim and how you stay calm when a client is frustrated. Matric is a must here, so have your certificate ready. Good luck, this is a great way to get your foot deeper into the motor insurance space.
