Success Guide
As a Millwright, you know that your trade test and hands on experience are what get you noticed. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows your food processing or FMCG background and highlights specific machines you have worked on. This role needs someone who can speak, read and write Afrikaans, so if that is you, mention it early. Be ready to talk about a tricky breakdown you solved and how you handled it. The company wants someone who is not afraid to travel and work on site. If you have a valid Code B licence, keep it handy. A short, focused CV with your trade test results and N3 certificate will go a long way. Good luck!
