Success Guide
Hello there! This is a solid opportunity if you are a qualified Millwright with foundry or heavy industry experience. The company is a global manufacturer, so you will be joining a structured environment where safety and planned maintenance matter.
When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows your Red Seal trade test and your years of experience in a foundry or heavy industrial setting. Highlight specific examples of fault finding, PLC work, and breakdown response because these are exactly what they need.
If you get an interview, be ready to talk through real maintenance scenarios you have handled. They may ask how you prioritise jobs when multiple machines are down. Also be honest about your willingness to work shifts and respond to call outs, since that is a key part of this role.
Good luck, you have got this!
