Success Guide

As a qualified Millwright with a Red Seal, you already have a valuable skill that many employers are looking for. This role is with an international food manufacturer, which means you will be working in a fast paced production environment where keeping the plant running is critical. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows your trade test certificate and highlights your experience with both electrical and mechanical fault finding.

Since the role is in Wolseley, a small town in the Western Cape, you will need your own transport to get to the plant. The employer also wants someone who speaks both Afrikaans and English, so mention your language skills on your CV. In an interview, be ready to give examples of how you have diagnosed and fixed faults under pressure, and show that you are reliable and self motivated. Good luck with your application!
