Success Guide

This role is all about being the calm, organised face of a busy specialist practice, so your application should show that you understand both the admin side and the patient care side of medical reception. Highlight your private practice experience, especially any work with medical aids and billing systems like Vericlaim. Since the practice serves a bilingual community, mention your English and Afrikaans fluency clearly on your CV. A short cover note referencing the specific reference number and explaining why you enjoy patient-facing work will go a long way. If you have surgical practice experience, even better, make sure it stands out. Good luck, this could be a lovely team to join on the West Coast.
