Success Guide
This role is all about being the calm, organised face of a busy surgical practice. If you have worked in a doctor's rooms before, you already know how important it is to juggle patient queries, theatre bookings, and billing all at once. When you apply, highlight your experience with Vericlaim or similar practice management systems, and make sure your CV shows how you have handled patient records confidentially. Speaking both Afrikaans and English fluently is non-negotiable here, so mention that clearly. In an interview, expect questions about how you deal with difficult patients or urgent scheduling changes. A calm, compassionate approach and sharp attention to detail will stand out. Good luck!
