A dynamic opportunity for a sales-driven individual to join a leading recruitment agency's client in Cape Town. You will sell advertising packages across print and digital platforms, connecting premium brands with the decor and design industry. About the role
Our client is looking for an upbeat, energetic Media Sales Executive to drive omni-channel advertising sales across print and digital platforms. You will be connecting premium brands to the niche decor and design industry.
What you will be doing:
- Selling comprehensive media packages including supplier profile pages, digital banners, social media campaigns, print advertisements, and newsletter features.
- Meeting with clients via Zoom and face-to-face to build long-term relationships and negotiate at boardroom level.
- Conducting occasional in-person client visits to the Gauteng region (about 3 days every two months) and travelling to other major national centres from June onwards.
- Representing the brand at leading national decor and design shows throughout the year.
- Working proactively to meet and exceed strict sales targets and publication deadlines.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in media, digital marketing, or event sales (decor industry preferred).
- Practical understanding of basic frontend and backend website architecture, Google Analytics, and digital performance reporting.
- Exceptional telephonic, online meeting (Zoom), and face-to-face presentation capabilities.
- High levels of self-motivation, a target-driven mindset, and a genuine passion for the decor and design sector.
- Matric certificate minimum.
