Success Guide
This role is perfect for someone who has already run a busy Takealot store and wants to step into a leadership position. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows the actual numbers you have worked with, like monthly order volumes, revenue managed, or the size of the team you led. The hiring team wants to see that you owned pricing, promotions and stock planning, not just uploaded listings. Be ready to talk through a specific example of how you improved sales or margins on a marketplace. Also prepare your current CTC, salary expectations and notice period upfront because they ask for it. A professional photo and latest payslip will be requested if you shortlist, so have those ready. Good luck!
