Success Guide
This Marketing Manager role sits with a global travel brand, so your application needs to show more than general marketing experience. Highlight specific campaigns you have run where you could measure the business results, especially any work with travel trade partners, media agencies or multi channel budgets.
During interviews, expect questions about how you adapt global brand guidelines to a local market and how you manage agency relationships under tight deadlines. Have a few concrete examples ready about campaigns that delivered real returns, and be clear on how you lead a team while still keeping your hands on the work.
Make sure your CV speaks to the travel, leisure or lifestyle sector if you have that background. If you do not, focus on showing the transferable skills: strategic planning, digital performance and stakeholder management.
