Success Guide
This is a great step up if you have already worked in a retail banking or sales environment and you are ready to lead a team. Nedbank values clear targets and client focus, so use your CV and cover letter to show real examples of how you grew sales, managed a small team or handled client complaints. Highlight any experience with digital banking channels and compliance or risk duties.
In an interview, expect questions about how you motivate a team, how you use client feedback to improve service, and how you would grow business in a local community. Bring your past performance numbers if you have them, since the role is heavily focused on meeting objectives. It also helps to show that you understand the Cape Town market and the local community you would be serving.
