Success Guide

Getting your application ready for this Maintenance Foreman role at Eggs R Easy is all about showing that you can both turn a wrench and lead a team. Highlights on your CV should include specific machinery you have maintained, examples of times you have planned preventive maintenance, and any experience you have in food manufacturing or with FSSC and HACCP. A trade qualification like millwright, fitter, electrician or diesel mechanic will really help your case, so mention it clearly if you have one. At an interview, expect questions about how you respond when a breakdown stops production and how you keep a small team focused and safe. Be ready to talk about biosecurity and how you would make sure contractors follow the rules when entering the facility.
