Our client, a prestigious luxury brand, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant to join their team at O.R. Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to every client in line with the brands high standards while consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
The successful candidate will thrive in a high-end retail environment and have a natural ability to connect with clients, helping them celebrate lifes most memorable moments. You will work mall hours, including weekends and public holidays, and maintain a classic, elegant, and sophisticated appearance.

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the luxury retail industry
- Grade 12 certificate
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology and/or Marketing (or any other relevant qualification) is a strong advantage
- Experience in luxury retail is a strong advantage
- Fluent English (A-level or equivalent)
- Experience liaising with high-end clientele is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems and technology
- A positive, energetic, and passionate individual
- Proactive, driven, and focused on career growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work mall hours, including weekends and public holidays
- A classic, elegant, and sophisticated appearance
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Own transport is beneficial, but not required
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Deliver an exceptional experience to every client in accordance with the clients luxury standards
- Build strong relationships with customers using a customer-first approach
- Work mall hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required
- Maintain a classic, elegant, and sophisticated appearance at all times
- Use Microsoft Office and learn new systems and technology as needed
- Assist with merchandising and maintain keen attention to detail
- Work independently and proactively to drive sales
