Prioritising load outs according to vessel schedules and port stack closures will also be part of your role. You will coordinate client specific stickers, label approvals, printing and load out photographs, and monitor templates and consumables while maintaining stock records.

You will compile daily, weekly and monthly Excel reports covering pallets, containers, stock, load outs and missing pallets. Preparing documentation for quality, age, sticker and special market inspections is also key, along with maintaining accurate filing and completing day end procedures. Providing administrative support and responding professionally to client queries rounds off this busy role.

Success Guide

This role is all about keeping fruit exports moving smoothly. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows any logistics, dispatch or admin experience you have, especially if it involved shipping documents or cold storage. Highlight your Excel skills and give examples of how you have handled deadlines or multiple tasks at once. If you have worked with freight forwarders or inspection bodies like PPECB, mention that too. In the interview, be ready to talk about how you stay organised when things get busy. The team will want to see that you are detail oriented and comfortable communicating with different people. Good luck!
