If you have at least 3 years of leasing experience and know South African property legislation, this is a great opportunity to work closely with the Director and leasing teams to keep occupancy high and maximise rental revenue.

About the role

TEE Properties is seeking a driven Leasing Manager to support the Director by overseeing the finalisation, negotiation, and signing of both residential and commercial lease agreements across their property portfolio. This includes reviewing lease terms, conditions, escalations, and supporting documentation before execution. You will also assist with property viewings, lease renewals, extensions, amendments, and terminations, as well as tenant onboarding processes like inspections, handovers, and move-ins.

Building and maintaining professional relationships with tenants and clients is key, as is resolving leasing queries and disputes. You will maintain accurate lease records, prepare leasing and occupancy reports, and monitor lease expiry dates for proactive renewals. Staying informed on market trends and ensuring compliance with the Rental Housing Act, Consumer Protection Act, and POPIA are also important parts of the role.

Application Notes: The position is based in Rosebank, Johannesburg. The gross remuneration is R16 650 per month. No specific application instructions or documents are provided in the listing beyond the desired experience and qualifications.
