Success Guide

This role is with a recruitment partner, so your CV needs to clearly show your experience managing programmes or training young people. Highlight any work you have done with students or learners, and mention specific tools or systems you have used, like Learning Management Systems. When preparing for an interview, be ready to talk about how you have organised schedules, collected feedback, and improved a learning experience. Show your compassionate side by giving examples of how you have supported young people to succeed. The salary is offered as a cost to company, so factor in benefits when you consider the offer. Good luck with your application!
