About the role
As the Manager: Leadership Development at Business Capital Group, you will take ownership of how the organisation grows its leaders. You will design, roll out and continuously improve leadership programmes that support the company strategy, culture and operating model. Your week could include running a leadership needs assessment, facilitating a virtual workshop, coaching a newly appointed manager or reviewing programme budgets with external providers. Success Guide
This is a senior role, so your application should show more than just a list of duties. When you apply, highlight specific leadership programmes you have designed from scratch and the results they delivered. Quantify what you can, for example how many leaders went through your programmes or how you measured behaviour change. Because the role works with senior managers, show that you can hold your own in conversations with executives and manage multiple stakeholders. If you have experience with executive coaching or building coaching frameworks, make that visible early in your CV. Also be ready to talk about budgets you have managed and how you chose external providers. The job is based in Sandton and appears to be office based. Check the PNet listing for the exact application steps, since no email or link was included in the raw data.
