Success Guide
This is a senior change role at SARB, so your application needs to do more than list duties. Pick two or three large programmes you supported and show what changed because of your work: adoption numbers, readiness scores, or how you handled resistance. The panel will likely test your understanding of change saturation and how you coach senior leaders, so prepare examples for both. Also note SARB's preference for candidates from designated groups and its commitment to diversity, so make sure your profile is complete on their Oracle portal. Take time on the application because it is your first impression.
