About the role
Our client, a Dutch Consultancy, is looking for a highly motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their construction teams in the Netherlands. This role offers the chance to grow your career in an international environment while working on exciting construction projects.
You will be involved in reading construction drawings, assisting with cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities. The position is based in the Netherlands, and candidates must be willing to relocate and meet the applicable work authorisation requirements.

Requirements
- Degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, including internships or graduate experience
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Valid driver's licence and passport
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Ability to assist with cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
- Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills
