What you will be doing:
- Leading and overseeing all daily production operations to meet daily and monthly targets
- Managing Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, and factory personnel
- Monitoring productivity, efficiencies, downtime, and quality performance
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Coordinating production with Procurement, Stores, Logistics, and Quality departments
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance
- Developing, mentoring, and motivating production teams
- Compiling and presenting production reports to senior management

Requirements
- Production Management or Manufacturing Management Qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing production management role
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Computer literate
- Advantageous: Experience within a concrete or construction manufacturing environment
- Advantageous: Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
- Advantageous: Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S principles
- Advantageous: Health and Safety knowledge and experience
