Success Guide
This Junior Network Technician/Engineer role at Talentfuse in Midrand is a solid step if you have your CompTIA A+ and N+ and a couple of years of IT support experience. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows the networking you have actually touched: routers, switches, LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Mention any exposure to Cisco, MikroTik or Ubiquiti, even if it was in a lab or during studies.
In the interview, be ready to talk through a connectivity problem you solved and how you went about it. They will want to see that you are hands-on, curious and safe to send to a client site. Bring your certifications and be prepared to explain basic TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP. If you do not have every tool on the list, show that you are eager to learn. Attitude and willingness to troubleshoot matter here.
