About the role
Ready to turn your accounting knowledge into real-world experience? Network Finance in Midrand is hiring a Junior Accountant to join an established organisation where you will gain hands-on exposure to accounting, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, and financial operations.
In this role, you will capture and process financial transactions, assist with bank, creditors, and debtors reconciliations, and support accounts payable and receivable functions. You will also help with management accounts, financial reporting, expense tracking, budgets, and cost allocations. Additionally, you will assist with VAT, COID, CIDB, and statutory submissions, as well as leave administration and HR documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
- Experience with SYSPRO, Pastel, or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well within a team and meet deadlines
