The job asks for at least 5 years in IT support, so highlight specific projects where you troubleshoot or maintained systems in a multi user environment. Also mention any exposure to ERP or SAP systems, as that will set you apart. In the interview, be ready to talk through a tricky technical problem you solved and how you handled a frustrated user. The company values people who can work under pressure and communicate clearly, so bring examples of both. Good luck!
