About the role
As an IT Security Specialist at ATNS, you will be part of a team responsible for identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks across the organisation. You will monitor networks, firewalls, and mobile devices, manage vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security policies. You will also play a key role in incident response, governance, and disaster recovery planning.
- Monitor and scan IT security domains to detect and address threats.
- Develop and implement security policies and frameworks.
- Operate the Information Security Management System and respond to incidents.
- Conduct investigations and maintain records for disciplinary and legal purposes.
- Manage IT security audits and disaster recovery exercises.

Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- Certification as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is required (other related certifications may be accepted instead).
- Minimum 3 years experience in an IT environment, with at least 2 years in an enterprise IT security function.
Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous security monitoring of networks, firewalls, anti virus, mobile devices, and patch management.
- Monitor threat and vulnerability management and assess security risks.
- Ensure compliance with ICT security policies and participate in security forums.
- Implement and maintain the Information Security Management System.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, write incident reports, and submit to senior management.
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure they meet security standards.
- Investigate incidents involving deleted files, mobile records, and data trails.
- Develop and review disaster recovery plans and conduct audits.
