About the role
As an IT Change Control and Dynamics365 Analyst at Humankind Group, you will play a key role in making sure IT changes and releases are handled smoothly and according to process. You will work closely with different teams across the business to support change control and release management.
Your day to day will involve:
- Working with stakeholders to ensure IT change control processes are followed
- Supporting the team with HEAT system and Dynamics system management
- Helping to coordinate releases and make sure everything runs according to the change control and release management processes
This is a permanent, full time position based in Sandton, Johannesburg. If you enjoy keeping IT processes on track and working with systems like Dynamics365 and HEAT, this could be the role for you.
