A growing cellular and tech business in Johannesburg East is looking for a highly organised sales support professional to join their dynamic team. You will manage quotations, process high volume orders, look after key accounts and coordinate with the warehouse. This full time role offers up to R300K per annum and suits someone with 3 to 5 years of sales support experience in FMCG or retail who thrives in a fast paced environment.
About the role
Prism Placements has partnered with a growing business in the cellular and tech industry that needs a customer focused sales support professional. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing quotations, processing high volume orders and building lasting relationships with key accounts.
Day to day you can expect to:
- Support the sales team with quotations and order processing
- Manage multiple key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Process high volumes of sales orders accurately
- Coordinate with the warehouse to keep orders moving smoothly

Requirements
- Matric plus a relevant tertiary qualification is ideal
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales support management experience in a similar role
- Experience processing high volume sales orders and quotations from the FMCG or retail sector
- Excellent ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Proven experience managing multiple key accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Must be a South African citizen
