About the role
Dynamic Outsourced Solutions is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Ekurhuleni, East Rand. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for call in and walk in customers, using your technical expertise to understand their needs and recommend the best refrigeration and air conditioning solutions.
Key duties include:
- Assisting customers with product selection and technical advice
- Educating customers on product features, services, warranties, and relevant technical information
- Keeping up to date with market trends, new products, and developments in the refrigeration industry
This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary, commission, and provident fund benefits.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Technical refrigeration qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the technical refrigeration industry
- Sound product knowledge in refrigeration
Responsibilities
