About the role
As an Intermediate Travel Consultant, you will be the go to person for clients planning their trips. You will manage and coordinate travel arrangements from start to finish, share expert knowledge on travel options and make sure every booking runs smoothly.
You will also build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints that come up. Keeping accurate records is a big part of the role, so attention to detail matters.

Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a travel consultant
- Diploma or N6 in Tourism
- Knowledge of GDS systems, specifically Amadeus and Galileo
- Experience with Qtrav
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
- Accuracy in maintaining records
