About the role
Advisorly Recruitment is a South African financial services recruitment specialist that connects independent financial advisers with advisory firms and brokerages. This opportunity is for practising IFAs who already run their own client book but want a better home, a stronger licence, or more platform, compliance and admin support.
The work is fully remote and can be managed from anywhere in South Africa. You will keep servicing your own clients while plugging into a brokerage or licensee framework that handles oversight and reporting, so you can focus on advice and growth rather than back office admin.

Requirements
- Currently practising as an independent financial adviser with your own client book
- Valid FAIS registration with RE5 and relevant product categories
- Fit and proper status, including up to date CPD
- Clean criminal record and a good credit record, checks will be conducted
- Commitment to ethical practice and Treating Customers Fairly outcomes
- Comfortable working remotely from anywhere in South Africa
Responsibilities
- Continue to advise and service your own client book
- Provide compliant, suitable advice across the products within your category approvals
- Work within the brokerage or licensee compliance, reporting and oversight framework
- Maintain accurate client records and meet all FAIS, FICA and POPIA obligations
- Grow your practice with the platform, tools and support offered by your new home
