This is a permanent, full time role for someone with 3 to 5 years of hands on IAM experience who wants to work across cloud, on premises and hybrid environments. Market related salary on offer.
About the role
Join Sasso Consulting as an Identity and Access Management Specialist and help protect enterprise identity systems across cloud, on premises and hybrid environments. You will work with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and modern authentication technologies to keep user access secure and compliant.
What you will do day to day:
- Implement, configure and maintain enterprise IAM solutions
- Manage user identities, access permissions and security groups
- Oversee user provisioning, deprovisioning and identity lifecycle management
- Configure and support Single Sign On, Multi Factor Authentication and conditional access
- Apply role based access controls and least privilege principles
- Conduct access reviews, certifications and security audits
- Support privileged access management and identity governance
- Investigate authentication issues and unauthorised access attempts
- Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications and cloud environments
- Maintain IAM security policies, documentation and compliance controls
Note: There are 5 positions available. Employment terms and benefits will be confirmed during the process. The role is based in Johannesburg.
Requirements
- Relevant IT, Computer Science or Cybersecurity degree or diploma
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical IAM experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Proven experience implementing and administering enterprise IAM solutions
- Hands on knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC and identity lifecycle management
- Understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and LDAP
- Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta or similar IAM platforms advantageous
- Knowledge of privileged access management and identity governance
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST and Zero Trust principles
- Microsoft SC 300, Security+, CISSP or relevant IAM certifications advantageous
