About the Role:
As an ICT Engineer at Network IT, you will play a key role in managing and supporting the company's network, security, and infrastructure environments. You will be responsible for ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across platforms while working on exciting projects that keep the business running smoothly.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and support VMware vSphere and core infrastructure environments.
- Maintain compute, storage, and networking platforms for optimal performance.
- Perform upgrades, capacity planning, and system optimisation.
- Support MikroTik networking including routing, switching, wireless, VPNs, and VLANs.
- Administer Palo Alto firewalls and security policies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security.
- Administer cloud services, identity platforms, DNS, certificates, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and support external platforms.

Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Enterprise ICT infrastructure, networking, or systems administration.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and industry recognised certifications.
- Experience supporting MikroTik networking environments.
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls.
- Experience with VMware vSphere environments.
- Working knowledge of networking, virtualisation, security, storage, backup, and disaster recovery technologies.
- Experience supporting multi-site infrastructure environments.
