Success Guide

When you apply for this HR Practitioner role, make sure your CV clearly shows your experience in automotive manufacturing. The employer specifically wants someone who has worked in that industry, so list the automotive companies you have worked for and the HR duties you handled there.

Highlight your knowledge of BCEA, LRA and Employment Equity, and give concrete examples of disciplinary or CCMA cases you have managed. If you have used SAP HR, mention it. A short cover letter explaining why you are interested in this particular company and how your experience fits the role can make a good impression.

Prepare for questions about how you handle grievances, stay compliant with labour laws, and support managers with HR issues. Being able to talk through real situations will set you apart.
