Overview
Network Finance is looking for a commercially minded Hotel Manager to run an established hospitality operation in Durban. You will oversee the full hotel operation, from budgets and cash flow to people management and guest relations. If you have 5 to 10 years of experience across finance, operations and management, and you know hospitality or gaming inside out, this permanent role puts you in charge of both the guest experience and the bottom line.
About the role
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can balance a P&L with guest relations. You will take charge of an established hotel operation in Durban, calling the shots across budgets, operations, people and sales while making sure the guest experience and profitability both get the attention they deserve.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance or Business Management
- 5 to 10 years of experience across finance, operations and management
- Hotel, hospitality or gaming industry experience essential, with familiarity in a gaming or casino environment
- Strong financial management experience
- Solid operational, HR and people management experience
- Experience developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Confident leadership style with excellent communication and decision making skills
- Commercially minded, hands on and solutions driven
