Success Guide

This is a leadership role in construction training, so your application should highlight both your industry knowledge and your ability to manage a team. Make sure your CV clearly shows any supervisory or management experience you have, even if it was informal. In your cover letter, explain why you are passionate about learner success and how you have supported students or trainees before. If you have experience with curriculum development or quality assurance, emphasise that. The interview might include questions about how you handle staff performance issues or ensure compliance with regulations, so prepare examples from your past work. Good luck!
