About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related qualification.
- Post graduate qualification in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 10 to 12 years of relevant claims administration experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience at a senior management level.
- Advanced knowledge of claims management systems.
- Strong understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles.
- Knowledge of MVA legislation.
- Experience in claims administration within the private and/or public sector.
- PFMA knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, managerial and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and creativity in resolving complex business problems.
- Ability to do long-term planning, create and manage budgets, and think strategically.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement, innovation and optimization methodologies.
