Success Guide

This hands-on Production Manager role at GEOTECH is a good fit if you have already led a team in a warehouse, factory or production setting and want to step up. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows your supervisory experience, the size of the teams you have led, and any quality control or stock management you have handled. Highlight your driver's license and own vehicle since these are required. In an interview, be ready to talk about how you solve production delays and deal with quality complaints practically. Show that you are comfortable on the floor, not just in an office, and that you can keep a team motivated while meeting deadlines.
