Success Guide

As a Hair and Grooming Educator, your practical barbering experience is your biggest asset, so highlight any teaching or mentoring you have done, even if informal. In an interview, expect questions about how you assess learners and keep training records, as well as your knowledge of current grooming trends. If you have trade test certification, bring proof. Also be ready to discuss how you would handle a learner who is struggling with a technique. Mention your ability to travel for recruitment events, as this is part of the role. Good luck, your skills can help shape the future of South African grooming talent.
