Success Guide
This is a senior executive role, so your application should highlight large scale technology transformations you have led end to end, not just strategy work. Emphasise your experience with AI programmes that delivered measurable efficiency gains, FinTech or payments platforms, and data monetisation within regulatory constraints. If you have worked in travel, tourism or retail, make that prominent. Prepare for interviews that will probe your commercial acumen and your ability to partner with Exco and board level stakeholders. Quantify your achievements with numbers where possible, such as cost savings, revenue growth or margin improvement. Also be ready to discuss how you have built and retained technology talent in a competitive market. This role is based in Sandton and is fully on site, so confirm you are comfortable with that arrangement before applying.
