About the role
As a Funeral Cover Sales Consultant, you will be the voice of the company to customers who need financial protection for their families. Your day will revolve around outbound calls, building rapport quickly, and guiding people towards the right funeral cover product.
You can expect to:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales.
- Promote funeral cover products and spot chances to cross sell.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of outbound call centre sales experience
- Proven success selling financial services products, with funeral cover experience strongly preferred
- Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Experience working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- FAIS accreditation and or RE5 qualification advantageous
- Willing to work different shifts
- Ideally individuals under the age of 35 years
