Success Guide

This is a great role for someone who loves hospitality and wants to grow in a wine estate environment. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows any guesthouse, hotel, conference or events experience you have. Highlight your driver's license and that you live in or very close to Stellenbosch, as these are practical requirements they will check early on. A short cover note showing your friendly guest service style and how you handle pressure could help you stand out. During interviews, expect questions about how you manage staff, deal with unhappy guests and keep a busy venue running smoothly. Good luck!
